The Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) added the following individuals, entities and made other changes to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list on April 11:

- Malyshev, Mikhail Grigorevich
- Medvedev, Valery Kirillovich
- Temirgaliev, Rustam Ilmirovich
- Tsekov, Sergey Pavlovich
- Zherebtsov, Yuriy Gennadievych
