For example, a section on the 1755-1850 MHz band (http://1.usa.gov/1ewX9ni) provides such basics as that there are 3,183 federal agency allocations in the band, with the largest numbers tied to air combat traffic training systems (707) and to military tactical radio relay (579). The 24 pages of texts on just that band offer basic information on various systems operated by the Department of Defense and other agencies.
