The Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) added the following individuals and entities to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list on May 7:

The following individuals have been added to OFAC's SDN List:
- Al-Hassan, Bassam
- Al-Qadri, Ahmad
- Al-Shammat, Kinda
- Arnous, Hussein
- Gagloev, Mikhail Georgievich
- Hijazi, Hassan
- Ismael, Ismael
The following entities have been added to OFAC's SDN List:
- Banias Refinery Company
- Homs Refinery Company
- Tempbank
