The company discussed the “substantive and procedural intersections” between its petition and the open net neutrality proceeding. It also discussed “ways to support open Internet rules through Title II authority,” the filing said. FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler is facing pressure to postpone Thursday’s net neutrality NPRM vote.
