APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for June 24
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes June 24 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Approved Pelargonium Facilities: The list of Approved Pelargonium Cuttings Facilities authorized to export Pelargonium spp. cuttings to the United States (here) has been updated, 06/2014-16, to change the certification end date for Selecta Kenya GmbH & Co. KG to December 31, 2015.
Approved Phytophtora Facilities: The list of Approved Facilities for Hosts of Phytophtora ramorum authorized to export host plants for planting (except seeds) from a country where Phytophtora ramorum (sudden oak death) is present to the United States (here) has been updated, 06/2014-07. Registry number 21033 was added to the list. Registry number 69733 was removed from the list.
