reached its 45 percent pre-registration target Wednesday and now joins the South Montgomery and Timbercove fiberhoods, which qualified earlier this year for the service, a news release (http://bit.ly/1qC41Hz) said. The three areas in Starkville, along with four areas in the cities of Horn Lake, Starkville and the entire town of Quitman, will be the first in Mississippi to get the service, the release said.
