a corporate merger, the State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) said on July 23. DDTC is not requiring amendments to change currently authorized licenses, but the “amendment waiver does not apply to approved or pending agreements,” said DDTC. Currently approved export licenses for the other companies involved will also not need to be amended to include Boeing Australia Holdings, said DDTC. New license applications will be required to include Boeing Australia Holdings on the application after Aug. 30 or will be considered for return without action for correction.
