OFAC Adds Kingpin Entries to SDN List
The Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) added individuals and entities to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list and made changes to another entry on July 23:

OFAC added the following Colombian citizens to the SDN list on kingpin designations:
- Alvarez Pineda, Rafael
- Anaya Martinez, Cesar Daniel
- Durango Restrepo, Jairo De Jesus
- Gutierrez Rendon, Orlando
- Lopez Londono, Henry De Jesus
- Mesa Paez, Aristides Manuel
- Montoya Usuga, Alexander
- Moreno Tuberquia, Carlos Antonio
- Padierna Pena, Luis Orlando
- Palencia Gonzalez, Cipriam Manuel
- Robayo Escobar, Carlos Jose
- Urdinola Alvarez, Hector Mario
- Usuga Torres, Arley
- Varon Cadena, Greilyn Fernando
- Varon Cadena, Ingrid Edith
- Varon Cadena, Maribel
OFAC added the following Colombia entities to the SDN list:
