BIS Adds 19 Entries to Entity List in Afghanistan, China, Hong Kong, Iran, UAE
The Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security amended the Export Administration Regulations to add 16 individuals and entities under 19 entries to the Entity List. The individuals and entities are listed under Afghanistan, China, Hong Kong, Iran, and United Arab Emirates destinations. The final rule, effective Aug. 1, adds the following individuals and entities to the Entity List:
