OFAC Makes Changes to SDN List Kingpin, Anti-Narcotics, Cuba Designations

The Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) added Colombian and Honduran individuals and entities to the Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list on Aug. 20 and deleted a host of additional entries.

The following Colombian individuals have been added to OFAC's SDN List:

  • Valle Valle, Jose Reynerio
  • Valle Valle, Luis Alonso
  • Valle Valle, Miguel Arnulfo

The following Honduran entities have been added to OFAC's SDN List:

  • Finca Los Tres Reyes
  • Inversiones Luisito
  • Inversiones Valle
  • Inversiones Yosary
  • Los Valles Drug Trafficking Organization

The following, mostly Colombian, entries have also been deleted from the SDN List:
