Other speakers at the forum are to be FCC Commissioners Mignon Clyburn and Jessica Rosenworcel; Chris Kelly, founder of Kelly Investments and Facebook’s former chief privacy officer; Sacramento Public Library Director Rivkah Sass; KVIE Public Television Sacramento President David Lowe; and screenwriter Melissa Rosenberg, responsible for the Twilight film screenplays.
