  • Brenntag Specialties challenging CBP's denial of protests on the classification of its hydrophobic fumed silica. CBP classified the merchandise in subheading 3824.90.9290 (5%). Brenntag says it should have been classified in subheading 2811.22.5000 (free). Summons filed Sept. 15.
  • Tension Steel Industries challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on oil country tubular goods from Taiwan. Summons filed Sept. 15.
  • Jubail Energy Services and Duferco challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on oil country tubular goods from Saudi Arabia. Summons filed Sept. 15.
  • AK Steel, Allegheny Ludlum, and United Steelworkers challenging the International Trade Commission's negative final injury determination in the antidumping duty investigations on oil country tubular goods from Poland, Germany and Japan. Summong filed Sept. 16.
  • Nexteel challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on oil country tubular goods from South Korea. Summons filed Sept. 18.
  • Consolidated Fibers challenging CBP's denial of its protest related to the reliquidation of an entry of polyester staple fiber. The entry had deemed liquidated in 2008, and CBP noticed the importer of deemed liquidation and reliquidated at a higher antidumping duty rate in 2011 (see 14061818). Summons filed Sept. 19.
  • SeAH Steel challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on oil country tubular goods from South Korea. Summons filed Sept. 19.
  • SeAH Steel VINA challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on oil country tubular goods from Vietnam. Summons filed Sept. 19.
