  • Hartford Fire Insurance Company challenging a demand for payment from CBP on bonds it issued on several entries of honey imported by Eurasia Bees Products Co., Ltd. Hartford says the claims should be canceled because the bonds contained facial defects. Summons filed Sept. 23.
  • Apex Frozen Foods Private Limited challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the 2012-13 antidumping duty administrative review on frozen warmwater shrimp from India. Summons filed Sept. 23.
  • Pacific Sunwear of California challenging CBP's denial of protests on the valuation of its wearing apparel. CBP appraised it at the prices paid by the importer to the middleman. Pacific Sunwear says the wearing apparel should have instead been appraised at the prices paid by the middleman to the manfuacturers. Summons filed Sept. 23.
  • Hartford Fire Insurance Company challenging a demand for payment from CBP on bonds it issued on a second set of entries of honey imported by Eurasia Bees Products Co., Ltd. Hartford says the claims should also be canceled because the bonds contained facial defects. Summons filed Sept. 23.
  • Maverick Tube Corporation challenging the Commerce Department's final determination in the countervailing duty investigation on oil country tubular goods from Turkey. Summons filed Sept. 24.
  • Pakfood, Okeanos Food Company, and Thai Union challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand. summons filed Sept. 24.
  • AS America challenging CBP's denial of protests on the classification of its ADA-compliant toilet bowls and tanks. CBP classified the merchandise under HTS subheading 6910.90.00 (5.7%). AS America argues they should have been classified under subheading 9817.00.96 (free) because they are articles for the blind or physically handicapped. Summons filed Sept. 25.
  • United States Steel Corporation challenging the International Trade Commission's termination of the antidumping duty investigation on oil country tubular goods from Saudi Arabia. Summons filed Sept. 25.
