HLD Clark Pipe Co. challenging the Commerce Department’s final affirmative antidumping duty determination on oil country tubular goods from the Philippines. #14-00246. Summons filed Oct. 6.
Public Clothing Co. challenging CBP's denial of protests on the classification of wearing apparel. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6204.62.4021 (16.6%). Public Clothing says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6204.69.9044 (2.8%). #14-00247. Summons filed Oct. 7.
Hutchison Qualify Furniture challenging the Commerce Department’s liquidation instructions on its imports of merchandise subject to the antidumping duty order on wooden bedroom furniture from China. Hutchison says the instructions concerned entries that had already deemed liquidated. #14-00248. Summons filed Oct. 7.

Deckers Outdoor Corporation challenging CBP’s classification of its imported footwear. CBP classified it under HTS subheading 6404.19.39 (37.5%). Deckers says it should have instead been classified under either subheading 6404.11.89 ($0.90/pair plus 20%) or 6404.11.90 (20%). #14-00256. Summons filed Oct. 10.
