APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for Nov. 24
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes Nov. 24 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Hawaii Manual: The USDA APHIS PPQ Hawaii Manual (here) has been updated to add information for regulating miscellaneous plant parts not for propagation. Revisions, located on pages 3-15 and 3-16, are indicated by black change bars in the left margin. Links in the Table of Contents, List of Tables, and Index have been updated accordingly.
