Monday in docket 02-278. The commission in October affirmed the requirement, but acknowledging confusion, granted several companies retroactive waivers. The commission said it would consider other petitions for waivers (see 1410300047). Comments are being sought on waivers requested by ACT Inc., Alma Lasers, AmericansourceBergen, Amicus Mediation & Arbitration Group, ASD Specialty, Emery Wilson Corp., Den-Mat Holdings and Howmedica Osteonics.
