United States seeking up to $1.5 million in penalties against Forexam, a Canadian company, for misclassifying softwood lumber from Canada entered in 2002 and 2003 as hardwood lumber, avoiding payment of antidumping and countervailing duties in place at the time. #14-00312. Complaint filed Dec. 1.

Hebei Donghua Jiheng Fine Chemical Co., Ltd. challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's 2012-13 antidumping duty administrative review on glycine from China. #14-00318. Summons filed Dec. 1.

Archer Daniels Midland Company, Cargill, and Tate & Lyle challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's 2012-13 antidumping duty administrative review on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China. #14-00313. Summons filed Dec. 3.

Jiaxing Brother Fastener Co., Ltd., IFI & Morgan, and RMB Fasteners challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's 2012-13 administrative review on steel threaded rod from China. #14-11316. Summons filed Dec. 4.

Dynamic Engineering challenging CBP's denial of its protests on the classification of LED lights. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9405.40.60 (6%). Dynamic says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8543.70.70 (2%). #14-00317. Summons filed Dec. 4.

Trek Bicycle Corporation challenging CBP's denial of its protests on the classification of bicycle jerseys. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6110.30.3053 (32%). Trek Bicycle says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6114.30.3060 (14.9%). #14-00319. Summons filed Dec. 4.

Clearon Corp. and Occidental Chemical Corp. challenging the International Trade Commission's negative injury determination in the antidumping duty investigation on chlorinated isocyanurates from Japan. #14-00320. Summons filed Dec. 5.

C.S. Farming Products challenging CBP's denial of its protest of the rate and amount of duty charged on an entry of fresh garlic. #14-00321. Summons filed Dec. 5.

Rebar Trade Action Coalition challenging the Commerce Department's countervailing duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bar from Turkey. #14-00322. Summons filed Dec. 6.
