McKesson Automation on the classification of "Pacmed" pharmaceutical packaging machines. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8479.89.98 (2.5%). McKesson says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8422.30.91 (free) or 8422.40.91 (free). #14-00353. Summons filed Dec. 30.

JFE Steel Corp. and Nippon Steel & Sumitomo Metal Corp. challenging the International Trade Commission's injury determination that led to the imposition of antidumping duties on non-oriented electrical steel from Japan. #14-00354. Summons filed Dec. 31.

Thanh Hung Frozen Seafood challenging the Commerce Department's rescission of an antidumping duty new shipper review on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam. #15-00001. Summons filed Jan. 2.

Circle Glass challenging a Commerce Department scope ruling that found its screen door kits are subject to antidumping and countervailing duties on aluminum extrusions from China. #15-00002. Summons filed Jan. 2.
