Mexichem Fluor Inc. on the International Trade Commission's final negative injury determination in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane from China. #15-00004. Summons filed Jan. 6.

E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co. on the International Trade Commission's final negative injury determination in the antidumping and countervailing duty investigations on 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane from China. #15-00005. Summons filed Jan. 7.

Brenntag Great Lakes on the classification of hydrophobic fumed silica. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3824.90.9290 (5%). Brenntag says it should have instead been classified under subheading 2811.22.5000 (free). #15-00006. Summons filed Jan. 8.

Aerospace Communications Holdings Co. Ltd. on the Commerce Department's final antidumping duty determination on 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane from China. #15-00007. Summons filed Jan. 8.

Jiangsu Bluestar Green Technology Co. Ltd. on the Commerce Department's final antidumping duty determination on 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane from China. #15-00008. Summons filed Jan. 8.

Itochu Building Products Co., Inc. on the final results of the Commerce Department's antidumping duty administrative review on steel nails from the United Arab Emirates. #15-00009. Summons filed Jan. 9.

Diamond Sawblades Manufacturers Coalition appealing a CIT ruling on the original antidumping duty investigation on diamond sawblades from South Korea. #15-1224. Filed Jan. 5.

Downhole Pipe & Equipment appealing a CIT ruling (see 1412170023) that resulted in revocation of antidumping and countervailing duty orders on drill pipe from China (see 1412240025). #15-1233. Filed Jan. 7.
