ADC Telecommunications on the classification of value added modules, including wavelength division multiplexers, passive optical splitter modules and monitor modules. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9013.80.9000 (4.5%). ADC says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8517.62.0050 (free). #15-00032. Filed Feb.2.

Danze Inc. on the classification of ADA-compliant toilet bowls and tanks. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6910.10.0010 (5.8%). Danze says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9817.00.96 (free). #15-00033. Filed Feb. 3.
