APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for Feb. 26
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes Feb. 26 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Animal Product Manual: The following changes have been made to the Animal Product Manual (here) to reflect up-to-date information and corrections:
Chapter 3-14 Milk Products
- Table 3-14-5 Sweetened Milk Products with Sugar Listed as an Ingredient - text has been added in the fourth column (And the consignment:) last row; NEW footnote #2 has been added
Seeds Not for Planting: The Seeds Not for Planting Manual (here) has been updated, 02/2015-72, to change the certification end date of an approved facility. The revision, indicated by a black change bar in the left margin, is on the following page:
