Shanghai Wells Hanger Co., Ltd., Hong Kong Wells Ltd., Hong Kong Wells Ltd. (USA), and Fabriclean Supply, Inc. challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the 2012-13 antidumping duty administrative review on steel wire garment hangers from China. #15-00103. Filed April 6.

Inco Trading Company, Inc. challenging CBP's demand for redelivery of a shipment of green beans. Inco says it got a "may proceed" order a week earlier, and the redelivery notice was received after the green beans were shipped, delivered and consumed. #15-00104. Filed April 6.

L'Oreal USA Products challenging the assessment of antidumping and countervailing duties on an entry of LVEB ribbon. L'Oreal says the merchandise is not subject to AD/CV duties. #15-00105. Filed April 8.

Polyplex USA on the classification of "condenser" machinery. CBP classified the merchandise under HTS subheading 8477.90.8595 (3.1%). Polyplex says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9419.60.5000 (free). #15-00106. Filed April 9.

Irwin Industrial Tool Company on the classification of long-nose cutting pliers, large-jaw pliers, curved-jaw pliers, and curved-jaw cutting plyers. CBP classified the merchandise under HTS subheading 8204.12.0000 (9%). Polyplex says it should have instead been classified under either subheading 8203.20.6030 or 8203.20.6060 (both dutiable at 12¢ + 5.5%). #15-00107. Filed April 9.

ABB Inc. challenging the Commerce Department's final results of the 2012-13 antidumping duty administrative review on large power transformers from South Korea. #15-00108. Filed April 10.

No appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of April 6-12.
