APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for April 17

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes April 17 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Seeds Not for Planting: The Seeds Not for Planting Manual (here) has been updated, 04/2015-73, to change the certification end date for an approved facility. The revision, indicated by a black change bar in the left margin, is as follows:

  • Page 3-40, Table 3-35: Extended the certification end date to June 30, 2015 for M/s A.S.A. Agrotech
