Moen USA on the classification of showerheads. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 3924.90.5650 (3.4%). Moen says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8424.89.0000 (1.8%) or 8424.90.9080 (free). #15-00161. Filed June 12.

Nutricia North America on the classification of gastrointestinal, metabolic, metabolic PKU and neurology products. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2106.90.9998 (6.4%). Nutricia says it should have instead been classified under subheading 3004.50.50 (free) or 9817.00.96 (free). #15-00162. Filed June 12.
