The House bill has 83 co-sponsors -- 59 Republicans and 24 Democrats -- and is referred to the Communications Subcommittee. The Senate bill text wasn't online, and a Wicker spokesman didn’t immediately comment. Kinzinger introduced the bill last Congress; it never advanced.
