DDTC to Upgrade Export Certification Forms and Schemas

The State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC) is upgrading DTrade, DSP forms and Batch Schemas to support “system enhancements.” Beginning July 18, DTrade users are required to use the following new upgraded formats:

Form DSP-5: Version 8.6
Form DSP-6: Version 8.4
Form DSP-61: Version 8.6
Form DSP-62: Version 8.4
Form DSP-73: Version 8.7
Form DSP-74: Version 8.5
Schema DSP-61: Version 7.2
Schema DSP-73: Version 7.2

DDTC posted the new forms and schemas online (here). From July 18 forward, the agency will reject earlier versions of the forms and schemas.
