Kaindl Flooring challenging the classification of tile boards. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 4411.19.4000 (6%). Kaindl says it should have instead been classified under subheading 4418.90.4090 (3.2%). #1 15-00195. Filed July 13.

Goal Zero, LLC challenging the Commerce Department's final antidumping and countervailing duty determinations on Crystalline Silicon Photovoltaic Cells from China. #115-00196. Filed July 15.

Taraca Pacific, Inc. challenging the classification of plywood underlayment. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 4412.31.4060 (8%). Taraca says it should have instead been classified under subheading 4412.32.0560 (Free). #15-00197. Filed July 16.

Lockhart Textiles, Inc. challenging the classification of ladies' 100% polyester knitted pants made from metallized yarns. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 6104.63.20 (28.2% a/v). Lockhart says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6104.69.80 (5.6% a/v). #15-00198. Filed July 17.
