Intertractor America Corporation challenging the classification of track drive sprockets. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 8483.90.8080 (2.8%). Intertractor says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8431.49.9085 (free)). #15-00199. Filed July 20.
Marck & Associates challenging the classification of ceramic cups and mugs. CBP classified the merchandise under subheadings 6912.00.44 (10%) or 6912.00.48 (9.8%). Marck says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6912.00.39 (4.5%). #15-00200, -00201. Filed July 21.
