APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for Sept. 2

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes Sept. 2 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Seeds Not for Planting: The Seeds Not for Planting Manual (here) has been updated, 09/2015-82.
Revisions, indicated by a black change bar in the left margin, are as follows:

Page 3-18: Changed Table 3-14, Cotton, Fuzzy (Not Acid Washed) Destined to Other Than Guam or North Mariana Islands, second column heading to "and the shipment is" and third column heading to "And the port of entry is"
