- Effective immediately, Pearson Engineering Limited will change its address from Wincomblee Rd., Walker, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE6 3QS, United Kingdom to Armstrong Works, Scotswood Rd., Newcastle upon Tyne, NE15 6UX, United Kingdom.
- Effective immediately, France-based Thales Safarepons has merged with Thales Underwater Systems, which is also located in France.
- Effective immediately, GE Aviation Hydraulic Actuation will change its name to Triumph Actuation Systems-IOM. The company will keep the same address: School Rd., Onchan, Isle of Man, IM3 4PB, United Kingdom.
