Western Pottery Group on the classification of ADA-compliant toilet bowls and sinks. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6910.10.0010 (5.7%), 6910.10.0020 (5.7%) and 6910.90.0000 (5.7%). Western Pottery says it should have instead been classified under subheading 9817.00.96 (free). #15-00274. Filed Oct. 5.

Schaeffler Group USA challenging CBP's assessment of antidumping duties on entries of German-origin ball bearings. Shaeffler says the entries deemed liquidated. #15-00275. Filed Oct. 5.

The Wind Tower Trade Coalition challenging the Commerce Department's final results of an administrative review on utility scale wind towers from Vietnam. #15-00276. Filed Oct. 7.

The Kalencom Corporation on the classification of paper-covered boxes. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 4202.92.9060 (17.6%). Kalencom says it should have instead been classified under subheading 4202.99.10 (3.4%). #15-00277. Filed Oct. 7.

ADC Telecommunications on the classification of value added modules, including wavelength division multiplexers, passive optical splitter modules and monitor modules. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 9013.80.9000 (4.5%). ADC says it should have instead been classified under subheading 8517.62.0050 (free). #15-00278. Filed Oct. 7

Ad Hoc Shrimp Trade Action Committee challenging the final results of the 2013-14 antidumping duty administrative review on warmwater shrimp from Vietnam. #15-00279. Filed Oct. 8.

Apex Frozen Foods and 19 other foreign exporters challenging the final results of the 2013-14 antidumping duty administrative review on frozen warmwater shrimp from India. #15-00280. Filed Oct. 9.

The following appeals of Court of International Trade decisions were filed at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit during the week of Sept. 28 - Oct. 4:

Viet I-Mei Frozen Foods challenging a July 30 CIT decision sustaining a high penalty AD duty rate for its entries of frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam. #16-1006. Filed Oct. 7.

U.S. government appealing a June 24 CIT decision awarding attorneys fees to International Custom Products in its case on a notice of action that improperly revoked a CBP classification ruling on white sauce. #16-1024. Filed Oct. 1.

Trina Solar and Yingli Green Energy challenging an Aug. 7 CIT decision sustaining the International Trade Commission's final injuy determination on solar cells from China. #16-1053. Filed Oct. 7.
