The government of Canada recently issued the following trade-related notices for Nov. 16 (note that some may also be given separate headlines):

- Border agricultural inspection fees for goods entering the U.S. to be raised. The U.S. Department of Agriculture’s Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) announced that on December 28, 2015 it will be raising the user fee for all inspections of all commercial trucks, aircraft and cargo vessels entering the United States. The increase in user fees for inspections will affect Canadian exports to the United States and exporters will need to be aware of these changes. (here)
- Seamless casing, certain oil country tubular goods and certain pup joints. The CBSA announced that all case arguments are due for the reinvestigation into the dumping of seamless casing, certain oil country tubular goods and certain pup joints originating in or exported from China, Taiwan, India, Indonesia, Philippines, Korea, Thailand, Turkey, Ukraine and Vietnam.
