Israeli Nursuries: The List of Israeli Nurseries, Spodoptera Exclusion Program (here) has been updated, 12/2015-06, to add a nursery to the list.

USDA APHIS PPQ Treatment Manual: The USDA APHIS PPQ Treatment Manual (here) has been updated for the following reasons:

  • Add treatment schedules for treatment of fruit flies for domestic movement. As a result of a CFR streamlining rule published in January 2010, certain treatments were removed from the domestic regulations but were not placed in the manual as required by the rule. This update replaces those treatments in the Domestic Fruit Fly chapter 5-8. Changes are on pages 5-8-2 through 5-8-9.
  • Revise treatment schedules T101-w-1-2, T101-j-2-1, T101-c-3 to align with the domestic treatment schedules (pages 5-2-23 and 5-2-52)
  • Add a processing treatment for domestic movement of curry, kaffir, and bael leaves for consumption (Federal Order DA-2015-04, page 5-8-13)
