APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for Dec. 8-10
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes Dec. 8-10 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

CITES Timber Species: The CITES Timber Species Manual (here) has been updated, 10/2015-47. The revisions, indicated by a black change bar in the left margin, are as follows:
- Page 5-1: Removed the Alabama address and added the Mississippi address for Alabama; changed a phone number and added PPQ designated CITES staff for Alabama
- Page 5-4: Changed a PPQ designated CITES staff member's last name for Mississippi
