APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for Feb. 12
The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes Feb. 12 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Approved Dracaena Facilities: The list of Approved Dracaena spp. Facilities authorized to export Dracaena spp. from Costa Rica to the continental United States (here) has been updated, 02/2016-30. The following facilities have been removed from the approved list and are no longer authorized:
- Page 1: Removed Exportadora Imperio Verde
- Page 2: Removed Obashe
- Page 3: Removed Orquideas Costarricenses, Removed Plantas de Costo Rica
