APHIS Updates PPQ Manuals for April 15

The Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service announced changes April 15 to Plant Protection and Quarantine (PPQ) electronic manuals. While some changes are minor, other changes may affect the admissibility of the plant products, including fruits, vegetables, and flowers.

Gypsy Moth Manual: The Gypsy Moth Program Manual (here) was revised to update information on time of inspection. The change, indicated by a black change bar in the left page margin, is on page 9-3 of Chapter 9: Logs, Posts, Pulpwood, Bark, and Bark Products.
