LF USA on the classification of footwear. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6402.99.31 (6%). LF says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6401.99.80 (free). #16-00087. Filed May 25.

Express on the classification of shelf-bras. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6109.10.00 (16.5%), 6109.90.10 (32%), 6110.20.20 (16.5%) or 6110.30.30 (32%).
