L&N Trading, Inc., on the determination that merchandise was of Chinese origin and application of antidumping duties. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 0409.00.0056 (General rate of duty (1.9 cents/kg); Anti-dumping duty (A-570-863-000) rate of 2.63 cents/kg).
