The CCIA filing “does nothing more than slap a fresh coat of paint on the NPRM proposal,” AT&T said. “It deliberately ignores the lawful copyright rights of programmers and MVPDs [multichannel video programming distributors] as authoritatively recognized by the Copyright Office."
