ArcelorMittal USA, challenging the Commerce Department's negative determination for Novex Trading and Novolipetsk Steel in the antidumping duty investigation on cold-rolled steel flat products from Russia. #16-00173. Filed Aug. 29

Nutricia North America, on the classification of gastrointestinal, metabolic, metabolic PKU and neurology products. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2106.90.9998 (6.4%). Nutricia says it should have instead been classified under subheading 3004.50.5040 (free) or 9817.00.96 (free). #16-000174. Filed Sept. 1.

Kia Motors America, challenging CBP's denial of formula-based post-importation reductions to the dutiable value of automotive vehicles. #16-00175. Filed Sept. 3.
