Chemtall Incorporated, on the classification of carboxyamid-function compounds and amide-function compounds of carbonic acid. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 2924.19.8000 (6.5%). Chemtall says it should have instead been classified under subheading 2924.19.1110 or 2924.19.1150 (both 3.7%). #16-00176. Filed Sept. 7.

ArcelorMittal USA, challenging the Commerce Department's negative determination for Colakoglu Dis Ticaret in the countervailing duty investigation on hot-rolled steel flat products from Turkey. #16-00177. Filed Sept. 9.

Charles William Overby Jr., challenging CBP's exclusion from entry of his Land Rover vehicle because a replacement engine violates the Clean Air Act. #16-00178. Sept. 9.

Arkema, Inc., The Chemours Company FC, LLC, Honeywell International Inc., challenging the International Trade Commission's final negative injury determination for hydrofluorocarbon components in the antidumping duty investigation of hydrofluorocarbon blends and components. #16-00179. Filed Sept. 9.

Ganz USA, requesting a court order authorizing its lawyer to question a retired CBP import specialist for an ongoing CBP penalty action seeking $22 million for improperly delaying implementation of a customs ruling. Ganz claims a CBP regulatory audit authorized the delay. #16-00180. Filed Sept. 9.
