In a follow-up tweet, O’Rielly clarified that he was referring to the notice of apparent liability issued Thursday against Sergio Plasencia for repeated unlicensed broadcasting in Miami, and a $1 million fine issued Wednesday against Advantage Telecommunications, a Florida-based long distance carrier.
