Magid Glove & Safety Manufacturing, on the classification of knit fabric gloves covered in polyurethane. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6116.10.5520 (13.2%). Magid says it should have instead been classified under subheading 3926.20.1050 (free). #17-098. Filed May 4.

Lockhart Textiles Inc., on the classification of ladies' slacks made with metallized yarn. CBP classified the merchandise under subheading 6104.63.20.11 (28.2%). Lockhart says it should have instead been classified under subheading 6104.69.80.38 (5.6%). #17-099. Filed May 4.
