- Earthquake Victims. Commission Decision (EU) 2017/1003 of 13 June 2017 on the duty-free importation of goods intended to be distributed or made available free of charge to victims of the earthquake which occurred in Italy in August and October 2016 (notified under document C(2017) 3865) (here).
- Common Customs Tariff. Corrigendum to Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/1821 of 6 October 2016 amending Annex I to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2658/87 on the tariff and statistical nomenclature and on the Common Customs Tariff (OJ L 294, 28.10.2016) (here).
- Steel. Corrigendum to the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/649 of 5 April 2017 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain hot-rolled flat products of iron, non-alloy or other alloy steel originating in the People's Republic of China (OJ L 92, 6.4.2017) (here).
- Strawberries. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/991 of 12 June 2017 amending Council Regulation (EC) No 747/2001 as regards the volume of the Union tariff quota for fresh strawberries originating in Egypt (here).
- Union Customs Code. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/989 of 8 June 2017 correcting and amending Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2447 laying down detailed rules for implementing certain provisions of Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the Union Customs Code (here).
- Classification. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/982 of 7 June 2017 concerning the classification of certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature (here).
- Iron. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/969 of 8 June 2017 imposing definitive countervailing duties on imports of certain hot-rolled flat products of iron, non-alloy or other alloy steel originating in the People's Republic of China and amending Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/649 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of certain hot-rolled flat products of iron, non-alloy or other alloy steel originating in the People's Republic of China (here).
- Classification. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/960 of 2 June 2017 concerning the classification of certain goods in the Combined Nomenclature (here).
- Terephthalic Acid. Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2017/957 of 6 June 2017 terminating the anti-dumping proceeding concerning imports of purified terephthalic acid and its salts originating in the Republic of Korea (here).
- Tungsten Carbide. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/942 of 1 June 2017 imposing a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of tungsten carbide, fused tungsten carbide and tungsten carbide simply mixed with metallic powder originating in the People's Republic of China following an expiry review pursuant to Article 11(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/1036 of the European Parliament and of the Council (here).
- Photovoltaic Cells. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/941 of 1 June 2017 withdrawing the acceptance of the undertaking for two exporting producers under Implementing Decision 2013/707/EU confirming the acceptance of an undertaking offered in connection with the anti-dumping and anti-subsidy proceedings concerning imports of crystalline silicon photovoltaic modules and key components (i.e. cells) originating in or consigned from the People's Republic of China for the period of application of definitive measures (here).
- Cereals. Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/931 of 31 May 2017 laying down the allocation coefficient to be applied to the quantities covered by the applications for import licences lodged from 19 May 2017 to 26 May 2017 under the tariff quotas opened by Implementing Regulation (EU) 2015/2081 for certain cereals originating in Ukraine (here).
