Composite Technology International, on the classification of painted LVL wood stiles, rails and blocks. CBP classified the merchandise in subheading 4421.90.9780 (3.3%) and 4418.90.4695 (3.2%). SolarWorld Americas, Inc., challenging the final results of Commerce's antidumping duty administrative review on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan covering entries in 2014-16. #17-00208. Filed Aug. 4.

Severstal Export GmbH and PAO Severstal, challenging the final results of Commerce's antidumping duty administrative review on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from Russia covering entries in 2014-15. #17-00209. Filed Aug. 4.
