have begun receiving emails from FDA with the subject line: ‘FSVP Inspection Requirements, Handouts & Law,’” the blog post said. “This email informs importers of an upcoming FDA inspection to examine their compliance with FSVP requirements.” FDA will initially conduct “interactive inspections” with opportunities for explanation for both regulators and importers, giving importers an opportunity to correct problems before the agency takes action, an FDA official recently said (see 1705260036).
