Polyethylene (PET) Film, Sheet and Strip from India (A-533-824). Ester lndustries Ltd. seeks a scope ruling that its glycol-modified PET shrink film is not subject to AD duties because it is not bi-axially oriented. Filed Sept. 8.
Aluminum Extrusions from China (A-570-967/C-570-968). MJB Wood Group requests that Commerce find its door thresholds qualify for the "finished merchandise" exemption from AD/CV duties on aluminum extrusions. Filed Sept. 8.
Lined Paper Products from China (A-570-901). Barnes & Noble Purchasing asks that Commerce find its "Flexi Journals" are exempt from AD duties because they are case bound through the inclusion of binders board, a spine strip and cover wrap. Filed Sept. 12.
