Toscelik Profil ve Sac Endustrisi A.S., challenging the final results of the Commerce Department's countervailing duty administrative review on circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Turkey covering entries in 2015. #17-00255. Filed Oct. 23.
Honeywell International Inc., on the classification of brake segments. CBP classified the merchandise in subheading 6307.90.9889 (7%). Honeywell says they should be classified in subheading 8803.20.0030 (free). #17-00256. Filed Oct. 23.
Juancheng Kangtai Chemical Co., Ltd. and NAC Group Limited, challenging instructions from Commerce to liquidate its entries at the rate in effect at the time of entry, rather than the rate in effect on the date of the invoice. #17-00257. Filed Oct. 26.
Employees of Fifth Third Bank, challenging a denial of trade adjustment assistance. #17-00258. Filed Oct. 24.
KYD, Inc., challenging CBP's liquidation of an entry of retail carrier bags after the entry allegedly should have been deemed liquidated, as well as the assessment of "penal duties" on the entry. #17-00259. Filed Oct. 27.

BMW of North America LLC, appealing an Aug. 23 CIT decision that sustained a redetermination of the 2010-11 antidumping duty administrative review on ball bearings from the United Kingdom. Opened Oct. 27.
