In Samsung Electronics "leadership for the next phase of its growth," Presidents Kinam Kim, HS Kim and DJ Koh succeed Vice Chairman Oh-Hyun Kwon and Presidents Boo-Keun Yoon and Jong-Kyun Shin as heads of DS, CE and IM divisions; President SH Lee leaves post as chief financial officer and is recommended by outside board members to be chairman to succeed Kwon in March, the first time the company will separate chairman and CEO posts; also in March, the three new division heads will also join the board, on which Kwon, Yoon and Shin remain until then.
