  • Argentina authorizes imports of pork meat from Canada. Canada announced that Argentina has reauthorized the importation of Canadian pork. The restored access will provide new opportunities to Canadian pork exporters, with industry estimating an export value of up to $16 million annually.
  • NAFTA textile/apparel TPL utilization. The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade updated the 2017 NAFTA textile and apparel tariff preference level utilization rate for imports and exports.
  • Product Recalls: Peg Perego Canada Inc. recalls Book Pop-Up Stroller manufactured in Italy, for health hazard related to barium; International Specialty Services, Inc. recalls Evercraft and NAPA 800 pound low profile transmission jacks manufactured in China, for injury hazard.
